This is a typical new nigerian scam whereby these guys are asking for funds or fees to get a job.
This is absolutely fraud.
This fraudster misused globaltarget space and somehow succeeded in sending some mails to our registered users. Please ignore these mailings.

The message is:
Good day,
There are job openings in the £350m Nexen expansion of the Buzzard Oil
Project, which has produced first oil from the Outer Moray Firth, central
North Sea, 100 kilometres northeast of Aberdeen and 55 kilometres from the
nearest landfall at Peterhead.
It is estimated that the Buzzard oil Field will increase production from
60,000 to 85,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day during 2007.
You are hereby notified that your qualifications and experiences were
found suitably for the requirements of Nexen expansion of the Buzzard Oil
Project, from Lochside, 10 km north of Montrose, to Aberdeen's gas
compressor station at Garlogie. Scotland.
