The Implementation Representative will be responsible for managing new client relationships after contracts are closed. The Implementation representative will work directly with Trainers, Engineers, Product Managers and the Sales Team to ensure a successful implementation of ZEDOs top-tier customers.
Responsibilities
Transition big new contracts from Sales to Support during a sixty day implementation cycle reserved for top-tier clients / Build relationship with client to learn their business needs and priorities, evaluate and document an implementation strategy, and execute to plan / Consistent and ongoing communication throughout implementation cycle by email and phone to client, possible on-site client visits will be offered / required / Weekly status communication to Sales, Executive Team / Monitor new client setups to watch volume, validate implementation (checking tag placement) / Find ways to help these customers use ZEDO more / Increase visibility of ZEDO Project Management and Development team to customer needs / Find and utilize ZEDO's organizational knowledge to help the customer / Handle some support issues for customers under Implementation phase / Night / Swing Shift required.
Skill Sets
Strong analytical skills are required
Experience & Education
1 to 3 years of working experience / MSc. IT / Computer Science preferred |
