Responsibilities
Support Engineer will be assigned to a development team on the Day shift to learn the technical, backend functionality of the ZEDO ad serving system by coding and performing basic system maintenance for the 1st one month after which they will be assigned to a continuous Night shift for the next 9 months and receive a 33% salary bonus. Reporting would be to the Manager of Supp Engg. & will be exclusively responsible for all cases which are escalated to the technical team..
Skills Sets
On completion of the 9 months of night shifts the Tech. Supp Engr. will divide his/her time between development with a technical team and support related cases
Education & Qualification
Freshers from university with engineering degrees
