Responsibilities
The incumbent will provide 1st level response to all incoming support cases, resolving less complicated cases, organizing details for more complex cases that require escalation to a Sr. CSR & providing quality, timely updates to customers. The candidate will be the primary owner of cases & should close them, will also collect & organize enhancement requests for the PM Team to initiate the development of new features. Scheduling involves 2 months of night shift, 1 month day shift. Ad Traffickers will be eligible for transition into the role of CSR. This position would report to the Sr. CSR.
Skill Sets
Communication; would not only be email, but physical meetings with the Sr. CSRs, Development teams & PM team to ensure issues are being resolved. The candidate should be an internet-savvy non-engineer with exceptional verbal and written skills who poses a talent for communicating with customers.
Education & Qualification
Freshers directly from university who have achieved a degree in BSc or BA.
