Responsibilities
The incumbent should demonstrate the ability to answer a minimum of 15-20 cases per day & will receive the highest salary of the 3 roles within the Supp. Ser. team. & the candidate should look at a long-term career path He/She will be assigned to an alternating Day/Night shift
Skill Sets
Should have a high technical background in a high volume call centre or helpdesk environment.
Experience & Education
Candidates will be recruited from call centers & only from technical support call centers with 3+ years of relevant working experience
