| This is a work from home program and therefore the candidate should be self driven and highly disciplined with high work ethics and standards. The person will be part of a global team working at home in other parts of the world and from within iYogi’s technical support facilities.
The assignment needs the candidates to effectively self manage his or her time and availability to pick up service requests on demand with a very high degree of forecast accuracy.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be required to carry out the following duties-
·Provide technical support over the phone and remote for issues related to Operating systems, software applications, peripherals, hardware and networking technologies.
·Follow iYogi’s standard operating procedures while performing trouble shooting.
·Collaborate with other technicians on the iYogi network to troubleshoot the customer’s computer and network environment, work on individual and collaborative action plans for quick and efficient first call resolution using iYogi’s proprietary platform ‘iMantra’.
·Sufficiently document all customer interaction and troubleshooting process in iMantra.
·Manage multiple remote sessions simultaneously.
·Deliver results to match established standards and achieve customer delight.
·Flexible to the dynamic work environment and adapt to changes with ease.
·Make himself or herself available for a minimum of four working hours per day over a 80 hour month with an ability to deliver full 40 hour weeks.
·The preferred location is along the East Coast. |

Profile Requirements:
Troubleshooting Experience > Minimum-2 Years
Certification
Required> MCDST: XP or MCTS: Vista or MCITP: CST or MCSE: 2000
Optional (But Preferred)> CompTIA A+
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
Troubleshooting Skills> Desktop Operating System - Excellent in at least 2 OS (With at least XP, Vista as one of them)
Networking & Internet> Excellent in Home Networking and Internet Troubleshooting
MS Office - Good understanding of MS Office Applications
Should carry Extremely Logical Approach
Proficiency in common software apps
